I, like many of you, know people who have been affected one way or another by cancer. It’s a debilitating and morale-sapping disease. My older brother had thyroid cancer. Thankfully, he still lives. I’ve known people who have died from it and those who are currently battling it. I’m by no means a medical doctor with detailed and specific answers, but I do excel in finding people who are experts in different areas. In the case of cancer, I’m finding those people who are doing research and finding advice and answers in regards to the current state of cancer, and also ways you can make progress today that are natural and only require the time it takes to watch this video.

The following video is from William Li, a scientist, who talks about ways to fight cancer through a process called “angiogenesis”. I won’t go into the details of what that is, William does a fine job explaining the details in the video above. What I do want to do is share this video with you and provide a list of foods you can start eating right now to help fight cancer because cancer is a deterrent to all the good things in life. It saps energy and prevents ideas and dreams from being realized. It is worth your time learning about the latest research in regards to cancer if you wish to have a better chance of surviving cancer—or even preventing it in the first place.

Quick list of cancer-fighting foods

The following describes what “TED” is, taken directly from TED’s website:

TED is a small nonprofit devoted to Ideas Worth Spreading. It started out (in 1984) as a conference bringing together people from three worlds: Technology, Entertainment, Design. Since then its scope has become ever broader. Along with the annual TED Conference in Long Beach, California, and the TEDGlobal conference in Oxford UK, TED includes the award-winning TEDTalks video site, the Open Translation Program, the new TEDx community program, this year’s TEDIndia Conference and the annual TED Prize.

For those of you who know someone, or you yourself have battled cancer, I hope a piece of information here has helped you in some way. Keep your head up and stay strong.
