I love investing money and seeing it grow. It’s the only real way to have a financially favorable situation. The best way I’ve been able to do this is the biggest money secret in America. It’s surprising that more people don’t know about this. It’s essentially a way to invest money and let that money grow and reinvest itself with zero hours of work. That’s right, zero hours of work. I first learned about it a couple of years ago and have been letting my account invest over and over without having to put any effort into it.
To be a life wizard means to have access. And access often requires money. You’re going to have a devil of a time becoming a life wizard if you live pay check to pay check. For the past two years, I’ve been putting away a portion of my income into this automated investment system and it has been one of the most amazing decisions I’ve ever made. I want to share this with you now.
Welcome, Prosper.com. This is what I’ve been putting my money into. It’s essentially a way for multiple people to help fund a loan for someone who couldn’t otherwise get a loan at a bank. The loan gets split up into notes and when the person pays on the loan each month, those payments go to the investor’s who helped fund the loan. Genius.
Here’s a snapshot of my almost last 2 years with this website. As you can see, I’ve made a profit.
And that should be the goal for your financial life, fellow life wizard, to earn a profit in your life. What did it take?
- An already annual income of $60,000 or higher.
- Creating an online investor account.
- Linking my bank account.
- Transferring an initial set of funds from my bank account.
- Setting up automatic loan investments.
That’s it. Once I did this, any time I earn interest enough to help fund a new loan, the extra money does that. Right now, I have about 700 notes that make up portions of loans for people. The downside risk is that the loans get defaulted on or people declare bankruptcy. But so far, at 11.5% return, I’m pretty happy. Visit Prosper and take a look. It’s the best investment return I’ve ever earned.
