I’m sitting here on a Sunday night thinking about my life and where I’m at. I think about those who read my website. I think about what I am doing to add value and inspiration to your life. I think about being a husband and father. I think and wonder if I am giving my very best to the world. I wonder if at the end of my life I will be satisfied that I gave my very best. I watched a video, for the first time, recently that put this in perspective for me. I would like you to watch it as well.

I know at times I haven’t given my very best. I know at times many of you have struggled with this as well. I believe that those of you reading on my website are leaders. You’ve been blessed with the gift of leadership. You are blessed with the ability to inspire other people. This is a precious gift. Don’t let a single day go by where you don’t give everything you have.

You may know someone who is only giving 1/2, 1/3, or even 1/4 of their very best. I am certain that the leaders of the world are those who can get people to increase to give their very best. This is how companies take the lead in the world. This is how a leader leads. I can promise you that if you give your very best each and every day that you will find ways to inspire others and to get them to give more than they are currently. Remember as you go through each day, “Your very best!”
