If you find yourself acting compulsively or in an addicted manner to something, the best thing you can do is to cut it right out from your life immediately. In this video, I’ll talk about a few compulsive habits such as social networking sites, texting, eating cold cereal, and shopping websites.

If you’re trying to have a life full of light, laughter, and inspiration, you’re not going to get that if you’re acting in a compulsive manner – especially socially networking sites.
